They are seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager. This is a great role, with the split of your week being, 50% day to day Office Management, 30% Finance (focusing on accounts payable) and 20% assisting the Company Secretary with board support and coordination. The office has 80 employees in total.
We are looking for a highly capable, friendly, independent thinker and someone who can bring their own ideas and add a different flavour to this exciting role. If finance is of interest to you there is also an opportunity for you to develop your skills in this area, as you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller who has a forward-thinking management approach.
Some of the key skills and attributes we are looking for include:
- Senior Coordinator and/or Office Management experience.
- Desire to really support and add value to the office environment
- Finance administration experience, ideally with Xero
- Travel booking and diary management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an approachable nature and “can-do” attitude
