Account Management/Sales Representative

$50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus

Do you have a passion for food and enjoy people? We require an experienced Client Services Representative to join this unique, small and family owned business

  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

My client is a successful family owned and operated gourmet food manufacturer. Their business is growing and they are in need of someone to join their friendly team.

Currently based in Miramar they will be moving to Kenepuru in February/March so we need someone that can travel to the current location and then on to Kenepuru once the new base is completed.

You will be working alongside two other Client Representatives to maintain the existing client base and generate new business from existing customers and referrals.

This is a varied role helping in several key areas of the organisation. You can expect to be looking after;

  • Outbound calls to existing and new clients
  • Managing email communication
  • Maintaining and keeping client files up to date via their CRM system
  • Face to face client interaction
  • National travel to trade shows to display and present the product range
  • General customer service and administration tasks

 

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills;

  • Ability to capture client’s needs
  • Have the nous to get the job done
  • Self-confidence and self-motivation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people
  • The ability to remain calm, focused and organised in a busy environment
  • The ability to work effectively in a team or independently
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and prove yourself
  • Full Drivers licence essential

This is a special business with lovely owners and a loyal team of staff.  There is great scope in the company as the business is growing.  If you have been in customer service for years but not had the chance to be client facing, this is a fabulous opportunity to extend yourself.

We are back in the office from 6 January and will want to interview that week so the client can interview and select a new team member as soon as possible.
