Administration Team Lead

Our client, a renowned executive search consultancy, is looking for an experienced Administrator to support a team of 3 of their Senior Consultants, and act as the Administration Team Leader in the wider office. This position will suit someone who is proactive, results driven and detail-orientated, as well as having a professional and engaging communication style.

The role itself is varied and fast-paced. You will need to have strong time management skills and be proactive to assist your team. Day to day tasks will include;

  • Communication with clients; coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Internal event management
  • PA support to 3-4 Senior Consultants
  • Manage digital & print advertising
  • Ensuring that back office support functions operate smoothly
  • Managing emails for Consultants; including responding to their clients
  • Preparation of documents for presentation to clients
  • Updating the database regarding client companies and their contacts
  • Reporting and spread sheeting
  • Typing References
