Client Coordinator

My client is a boutique professional services and consulting business that assists their clients in selecting and developing quality, key employees. Due to parental leave they have a great opportunity to join their team as a Client Coordinator on fixed term contract.

This busy role is one that is fundamental to the smooth running of this business. Your days will see you cover all manner of tasks including:

  • Booking appointments for clients and consultants
  • Preparing resource packs
  • Sending out assessments
  • Welcoming people to the office
  • Setting up and tidying meeting rooms
  • Answering the phone
  • General administration and office support

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • The ability to coordinate multiple pieces of work
  • A calm nature with a positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
