Customer Service Representative

$45,000 - $55,000

My client manages a small contact centre, with a large percentage of the calls coming from the rural community and directly from farmers. They work to help protect New Zealand’s primary industries and provide a range of services within the agricultural sector.

They offer a supportive Contact Centre Manager and great Team Leaders. They are currently experiencing a really busy time, so they need some extra pairs of hands! We are assisting them to grow the team from 26 to over 40, so lots of opportunities available for experienced customer service representatives.

  • Monday to Friday, day shifts
  • Amazing location in the Lambton/Willis part of the CBD
  • Interesting call content, mixture of both inbound and outbound calls, and longer conversations/call times
  • No sales

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 8pm. You will be provided with extensive on the job training.

What I am looking for:

  • Call centre experience essential
  • Exposure to the rural, agricultural, or primary sectors desirable but not essential
  • Be technically savvy – this will be tested
  • Have great references to verify your capabilities and potential
