Executive Assistant to GM

Experienced EA required to hit the ground running and support a busy GM. Starting 23 January for approx. 2 months while they consider long-term needs

The assignment will commence on 23 January, allowing a few days’ handover with the current EA and will run for approximately two months until a replacement has been secured.

  • Free car parking / office close to train station
  • Full time 8.30am – 5.00pm

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Travel bookings
  • Coordination of meetings and minute taking
  • Producing presentations, reports and correspondence
  • Project administration
  • Assisting with meeting paper preparation
  • Processing of invoices and expenses
  • General administration duties to support the wider team


To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience supporting at GM level, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Be able to manage a busy diary
  • Have a flexible and bubbly manner
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS applications
