We are seeking an experienced PA/Office Administrator for our client to cover a permanent recruitment period. You will be playing a pivotal role in their office, keeping everything running smoothly and providing PA support to a member of their Senior Leadership Team.
Some of the key responsibilities you will be looking after are:
- Diary & Email management
- Travel booking
- Minute taking
- Meeting organisation
- Proof-reading & document administration
- Assistance to the Facilities Manager
- Maintenance of all office supplies
We are ideally looking for someone who has a background in a similar role, with a pro-active and efficient approach to their work.
You will need to be free for a part-time handover week from the 22nd-26th July, with a view to start in the role full-time from the following week. Hours of work will be 8.30-5.00pm each day.
This is a busy role, with lots of variety, so you will need to be skilled in time management and multi-tasking, have an eagle eye for detail, and be comfortable being the office ‘go-to’ person.
