Your previous experience in Administration or Personal Assistant positions will see you confidently support both management and teams, juggle a busy workload and ensure the days run smoothly. You will be well presented, professional and personable.
We are looking for candidates with the following;
- Diary and email management
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Coordinating meetings and some minute taking
- Editing and formatting documents
- Confident and concise communication skills
- Strong administration and PA/EA experience
