About the role:
Manage a property portfolio of up to 40 body corporates within the Wellington Region
Manage supplier and compliance contracts
Coordinate and attend Body Corporate and AGM meetings
Manage and maintain the calendar of Compliance for the portfolio
Produce regular reporting
Provide budget recommendations
Manage and maintain Health & Safety at Work Act and manage a hazard register for the Body Corporates
What you will bring to the role:
Recent body corporate management experience
Strong relationship management skills
Facilities management experience
Understanding of compliance, reporting and contracts management
Experience managing Residential body corporate groups
