About the role:

Due to the current person going on Parental leave, my client is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounts Administrator on a six-month fixed term contract basis.

This is a part time role working 30 hours a week across four days. You will be working in small team and will work closely with the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Accountant/Finance Manager
  • Manage the Finance shared inbox
  • Process accounts payables and receivables
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintain supplier contracts
  • Process general ledger
  • Financial reporting
  • Assist in duties as required in the finance and genal office administration space

What you will bring to the role:

  • Finance and accounts administration experience
  • Experienced in Accounts Payables
  • Ability to maintain and process reports
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Technically savvy in Microsoft Suites
  • Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential
  • Flexible, team player
