The Member Services team of this nationally recognised & respected organisation has restructured, resulting in this newly created role.
We are looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager with a strategic skillset. This role takes ownership for the delivery of products, benefits, and services to ensure Member retention.
The organisation is ready for a change to the status quo and needs a leader capable of galvanising a team headed into a new era. A keen understanding of process, efficiency, service delivery with a continual improvement mindset is what will allow you to ensure the goals of the organisation are achieved, sustainable and future proofed.
As well as leading this team, the day to day will include:
- Lead the Member Contact and ensure Quality Control across all member contact points
- Membership retention
- Developing and implementing a sustainable Membership Benefits Delivery Plan
- Increasing the uptake of products, services and benefits by members
- Delivery of service, products and benefits along with ensuring awareness through promotion
- Membership satisfaction focus and establish “members voice” feedback
- Establishing clear, measurable, and meaningful performance targets directly linked to member values and satisfaction.
