- They provide a high level of service and support to an estimated 6,000 members and participants
About the role:
- Membership administration and customer service
- Process membership registrations
- Relationship management
- Accounts administration
- Assist with organising membership events
- Database management and maintenance
- Document management
- Process improvements and system management
- Build strong relationships with members, stakeholders, coaches and volunteers
