Overview:
Our client is one of New Zealand’s largest training providers in mental health and addiction. Helping organisations through a range of mental health programs our client is known for its commitment to quality training, productivity and customer satisfaction.
These full-time and permanent opportunities are within a lovely, close-knit team. With two positions available, the Wellington office is looking for skilled Operations Support Coordinators to join their team.
This is a busy, hands-on role with plenty of variety. To succeed, you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. A key focus of this role is providing technical and logistical support for workshops, including the setup, management and organisation of both in-person and online training sessions.
Key responsibilities:
As the Operations Support Coordinator, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Hosting Zoom sessions, including setup and providing hands-on technical support during workshops.
- Managing email and phone enquiries from course attendees.
- Processing and coding invoices.
- Coordinating venues and ordering catering.
- Formatting documents and producing learner materials.
- Assisting facilitators with workshop preparation.
- Welcoming and greeting learners on arrival.
About you:
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A strong and stable administration background (minimum 3 years’ experience)
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong and authentic customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge in the set up and management of Zoom sessions.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and think on your feet
- Experience in a not-for-profit (NFP) environment (advantageous)
