Reception & Facilities Assistant

About the role:

This role will start in Mid-August which will allow you to have a 1-2 week handover with incumbent who is heading off on their travels.

Being based on frontline reception, this role will suit someone who is comfortable to be ‘the face’ of the company. You will not only meet & greet guests & visitors, but you will also be influential in assisting your internal work colleagues & peers with operational enquiries. Always being two steps ahead of the game, you will ensure that the organisation has everything that they need to allow their day to function to its highest potential.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide front of house, reception, project & event support
  • Assist & delegate facility requests & enquiries
  • Provide concierge services including phone, email & courier requirements
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms, office equipment and company vehicles
  • Ensure that office consumables & stationary is managed ahead of time
  • First point of contact for admin support to facilities & operations team
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with any ad hoc requirements

  • Excellent communicator across both verbal & written correspondence
  • Ability & confidence to challenge the status quo if needed
