$60,000 - $65,000 per annum
My client has a great opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team and work on a true variety of roles. This role will see you manage the end to end process for recruitment and operate a centralised model supporting the organisation with their staffing needs.
Working in a Not for Profit environment will see you contribute to an organisation that provides social services to New Zealanders. You will be part of a welcoming team and have plenty of scope in this role to fulfil the day to day responsibilities but also be involved in a variety of projects and take a creative and innovative approach to attract staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking job briefs from managers
- Writing advertising
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Completing reference checks
- Generating employment documents
- Analysing and reporting on exit surveys
- Providing advice on recruitment methods
To be considered for this role you will need to have 2+ years in a recruitment environment, a passion for people, the ability to think outside the box, tenacity and great organisational skills.
