Sales Consultant

My client is a unique, high-end Wellington owned company who provide an end to end service from concept design, consultation, purchase of product through to installation.

They are seeking an Account Manager/Sales Consultant to join their close-knit team of 13. You will work closely with the Sales team of 4 to provide a seamless start to finish service.

You will be required to travel 4 days per week across the Wellington region to visit clients for consultations and provide a high level of customer service and product knowledge – discussing key features and different types of solutions best suited to your customer.

You will receive warm leads from walk-in customers and online enquiries – these leads are distributed by the Showroom Assistant.

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm (Flexibility)

Every Second Saturday: 10am – 3pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet new and existing clients face to face
  • Communicate with clients in person, over the phone and by email
  • Follow up with customers throughout the process and post installation
  • Follow up potential leads or customer enquiries
  • Liaise with installation and third party technical staff
  • Visit residential homes for in house consultations and quotes
  • Complete 4-5 site visits per day through warm leads
  • End to end relationship management
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge
  • Prepare quotes post consultation
  • Maintain the CRM database and digital tools to track your activity

As you will be required to travel on a daily basis, you must have a full driver’s licence
