Pairama has been working with the Forté team to help us connect with te ao Māori and better understand how to use Te Reo and tikanga (Māori cultural practices) within our workplace. Of Ngāi Tahu, Ngā Ruahine, Swiss and Irish decent, Pairama has a Masters in Professional Practice, focusing on research on the revitalisation of the Māori language. Pairama is passionate about supporting and promoting the revival of Te Reo Māori and we have been fortunate enough to welcome Pairama into our team to guide us on our cultural journey.
