My first ever job was in administration and at the age of 21 I began temping through Wellington-based Recruitment agencies.  As well as hands on experience out in the field, I have worked as a Recruiter for a healthcare agency, recruiting nurses and caregivers. My work history has provided me with an excellent understanding of what our workforce needs and a solid insight into the demands of our industry. I am a people person and I can start a conversation with anyone about pretty much anything.
