$68,000 - $75,000 per annum

About the role:

  • They are seeking a Registrations Officer to join their Wellington team of three
  • This role will be responsible for the administration of the day-to-day registration processes performed by the organisation
  • You will work closely with the Manager Registrations and Competence Assurance and other team members to ensure a smooth operation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administration process relating to registrations
  • Manage the overseas applications
  • Complete administration duties in relation to Annual Certificates
  • Liaise with applicants, members of the public and other key stakeholders
  • Reconcile, process and receipt payments
  • Maintain the website, registers and databases to ensure sound record keeping
  • Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures
  • Business and system improvements
  • Analysis, reporting and supporting business intelligence functions
  • Act as the first point of contact, answering enquiries via phone and email

What you will bring to the role:

  • Database and administration experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technically savvy – Microsoft Office Suite will be tested
  • Ability to learn and improve systems and take ownership of systems
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to change
  • Willingness to help wherever required
  • Ability to take ownership of your role, work independently and efficiently
