Bloomsbury Associates are a small Financial Advisory firm who offer investment and financial advice services to private individuals, families and charities within the Wellington region.

About the role:

Due to growth within the business, they have a new job opportunity and are seeking someone who is genuinely interested in becoming a Financial Advisor. They will provide the right training and qualifications to become a successful Financial Adviser within Bloomsbury Associates.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings in order to understand the advice process and develop relationship management skills
• Learn and upskilling on products and services
• Learn how to prepare and deliver financial advice
• Learn and understand the investment philosophy
• Document management and client portfolio administration

What you will bring to the role:

• Tertiary education – doesn’t have to be in the financial sector
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong people skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Strong technical skills
• Genuine interest to invest in becoming a Financial Adviser
